This ongoing residential construction project is located in Borrowdale, Harare, and involves the development of a modern family home designed for comfort, functionality and long-term value. DC Designs & Construction was appointed to manage and execute the project from the early site development stages through to completion. Our work began with ground preparation, site setting out and foundation construction, followed by the construction of the main structure. The project includes structural works, roofing, plumbing, electrical installations, interior finishes, external works and final property preparation.
